Educational Qualification
- U.G.C. Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university. (Both Graduation with Honors and Master’s degree in a relevant subject).
- B.Ed. From any NCTE recognized institute. OR Bachelor of Teaching from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad for English Teacher.

Selection Process for Netarhat Teacher Appointment 2024
Phase I, Pre-qualification: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation and Postgraduate will be calculated out of a total of 60 marks in the light of Appendix-A of JPSC Advertisement No. 04/2018. For B.Ed, 5 marks will be given if 75% or more, 4 marks if 60% or more but less than 75%, 3 marks if less than 60% and zero marks will be given to candidates without B.Ed . , , In this way a merit list with a total of 65 points will be prepared. After this, 15 candidates will be shortlisted for each position.
Phase II. Written Examination: A 50-mark written examination of one and a half hours duration will be conducted for candidates shortlisted in Stage 1. It will include questions on mental ability, professional skills, general ability and knowledge of Hindi. English language. At this stage, 10 candidates will be shortlisted for each position.
Phase III. Classroom Teaching: Candidates shortlisted in Stage 2 will be assessed through classroom teaching. Candidates will have half an hour to present topics related to their subject. It will be evaluated in 15 points. After this stage, 5 candidates will be shortlisted for each position.
Step 4. Interview: Step 3 will consist of an interview with the selected candidates. The interview will be evaluated with 20 points.

- After submitting the online recruitment application, candidates are required to print the finally submitted online application.
- Candidates are required to send the printed application form as per clause 10 along with a legible attested copy of all desired certificates by registered post/express post to the school address “Director, Netarhat Residential School, P.O. – Netarhat, Via – Gumla , District – Latehar (Jharkhand) – 835218” on the scheduled date i.e. 10 April 2024 till 5:00 PM. m. Superwrite “Advertisement No. 02/2024” and “Job Name” on the sealed envelope. It is mandatory to write the letter in bold.
- Applications sent by any other means will not be accepted. Application forms received after the last date will be rejected.
- Keep all the necessary documents of eligibility, ID proof, address details and basic details ready.
- Have the scanned documents related to the contracting form on hand: signature, ID, etc.
- Please check all columns carefully before submitting the application form.
- The candidate must submit the application fee; otherwise the application form will not be complete.
- Take a printout of the final submitted form for further reference.
