DGHG Home Guards Vacancy 2024

Directorate General of Home Guard DGHG, Delhi has released Home Guard Recruitment 2024. Candidates who are interested in this Delhi Home Guard Recruitment can apply online from 24 January 2024 to 13 February 2024. Online applications are invited for registration of 10,285 National Guard volunteers for a period of three years to be extended up to two years with reservation of 15%, 7.5% and 27% for Scheduled Caste candidates, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes respectively. Can be increased. One-third (33.33%) of the vacancies in each category are reserved for women (horizontal reservation). 10% vacancies are also reserved for ex-servicemen, otherwise for ex-CAPF personnel and otherwise for both regular candidates.

Application Fee

• To apply online, candidates will have to pay ₹100/- each plus convenience fee through online gateway of receiving application. Application Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• Additional age relaxation as per NCT of Delhi/Directorate General of National Guard Recruitment Rules.

Educational qualification

• 12th Pass (Senior Secondary) /(for Ex Servicemen/Ex CAPF 10th Pass)

Physical Standard

• Height: Minimum 165 cm for male and 152 cm for female.
• Running Male: 1600 Meter, Upto 30 Years : 06 Minutes, 30-40 Years : 07 Minutes, 40-45 Years : 08 Minutes
• Running Female: 1600 Meter, Upto 30 Years : 08 Minutes, 30-40 Years : 09 Minutes, 40-45 Years : 10 Minutes

Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of India and resident of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Delhi Resident Proof: Candidate must have any of the following:

• Valid passport
• Electoral Commission Photo Card I
• Current and valid ration card with your name and photograph. If the ration book does not have a photograph of the candidate, it is required to be accompanied by some other identity document containing the photograph of the applicant.
• Valid driving license issued by GNCT Delhi Transport Department.
• Duly certified passbook of a public sector bank account with photograph and residential address in Delhi.
• Certificate issued by the competent/authorized government authority of Revenue Department, GNCT Delhi.
