Launch of Ideas4LiFE Initiative by Bhupender Yadav at IIT Delhi

Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav announced the launch of Ideas4LiFE at IIT Delhi. The initiative aims to collect innovative ideas that encourage environmentally friendly behaviour.

Objective of Ideas4LiFE

Ideas4LiFE was set up to collect creative ideas and innovations online that can inspire people to live more sustainable lives. It supports Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of wise use of resources. The programme invites students, researchers, teachers and innovators to share their ideas. It aims to promote a culture of innovation that focuses on environmental conservation.

Worldwide initiative of Mission Life

Ideas4LiFE is part of a larger global movement called Mission LiFE, which aims to promote environmental sustainability. Participants are encouraged to think creatively and join this global effort. People interested in contributing can submit their ideas through the Ideas4Life.nic.in website, which makes participating in sustainability efforts easy and accessible for everyone. Several dignitaries, including Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh, spoke about the government’s commitment to environmental issues.
