(a) A candidate must have the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of Twenty-five years as of August 1, 2024, i.e., you must not have been born before August 2, 2024. Not later than August 1999 and August 1, 2004.
(b) Relaxation in the upper age limit prescribed above will be given.
(i) Maximum of 5 years if a candidate belongs to a Scheduled Caste or A scheduled tribe.
(ii) Maximum of 3 years in case of other candidates Backward Classes who are eligible to avail the benefits of such applicable reservation Candidate.
(iii) Maximum of 5 years for Central Government civil servants
As per the current instructions of the Central Government. East- The army will also benefit from this exemption. However, complete relaxation Claim for government service will be limited to five years.
