• Maintenance Assistant- Staff Grade A: Rs.21500 to +3%; Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.30896/-
• Technician (Production)-Semi-skilled: Rs.18500 to +3%; Minimum Salary (Basic+DA): Rs.26585/-

Executive Director – Grade E8	01	Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, preferably Postgraduate in Engineering/MBA. Post-degree experience: Minimum 25 years Experience in PSU/Government Sector. You need a sector. 25 years of experience in Operations/Production/Projects/Marketing/Business Development in PSU/Govt. Area. Experience in manufacturing units/marketing activities and business development in the Mechanical Engineering/Steel/Railway-Wagon sector. Experience in RITES/RDSO or any PSU/Government sector. Preference will be given to institutions related to business development projects/work. Must demonstrate leadership roles and be able to lead a team of professionals.
Executive (Business Development)-Grade E1	01	Degree in Engineering Experience in PSU/Government Sector. You need a sector. Experience is required in the following areas: Growth strategy development focuses on both financial profit and customer satisfaction. Identify new markets, conduct research and customer needs. Conducting business meetings with potential clients. Promote the company’s product services while addressing or predicting customer objectives. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Must be able to work independently and lead a team of professionals.
Maintenance Assistant – Grade A Personnel	01	Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience in PSU/Government Sector. You need a sector. Experience in plant supervision functions and coordination of maintenance activities, record keeping and related functions in assistance to executive officials. Experience in maintenance of heavy engineering machinery/overhead cranes, hydraulic systems, shot blasting, foundry related machines and machinery such as furnaces, sand plants, conveyor systems, etc. Experience in maintaining employee and workplace safety standards and coordinating with the Security Department/Security Officer to ensure incident-free workdays. Working knowledge of computers on MS Office/ERP enabled systems will be preferred.
Technician (Production)-Semi-Skilled	10	Non-Matric – ITI preferred Minimum ten years of workshop experience in PSU/Govt fabrication/manufacturing facilities. In any of the following: Welding (Manual/MIG)/Cutting (Gas/Plasma)/Assembly/Marking/EOT Crane Operation/Machine Operation/ Or any other activity that involves railcar manufacturing and material handling activity.
